1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Style On Spot mobile application (“App”) or website (”Website”, ”Site”, ”This website”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Style On Spot is operated by Styllaah (Proprietor: Ananya Gupta), a proprietorship registered in Delhi, India (GSTIN: 07EGUPG8857D1ZS).

2. About the App and Website

Style On Spot is an AI-powered wardrobe and styling application that enables users to:

• Digitise and organise their wardrobe
• Receive AI-generated outfit recommendations
• Use virtual try-on features
• Plan outfits based on occasions, weather, and preferences
• Access premium features via subscriptions and add-ons

The App or Website may evolve continuously. Features may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to use the App and the Website.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you are using the App with parental or legal guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account is your responsibility
• Notify us immediately at support@styleonspot.com in case of unauthorised access

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Available Plans:

• Daily Plan
• Weekly Plan
• Monthly Plan
• Wear Plan (pay-per-use styling access)

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• Subscriptions are prepaid and activated upon successful payment
• Pricing will be displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes (GST)
• Prices may be updated at any time with prior notice

Auto-Renewal (if applicable):
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends

Refund Policy:
All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

6. Coupons & Offers

• Coupons are valid only for a limited time and may have usage restrictions
• Only one coupon can be applied per transaction unless stated otherwise
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
• Misuse or abuse of coupons may result in cancellation of benefits or account suspension
• Style On Spot reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content uploaded (images, wardrobe data, etc.)
• You grant a limited license to use this content solely to operate and improve the App
• You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App, including design, features, algorithms, branding, and content, are the intellectual property of Styllaah and its partners

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use branding without permission

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• Cloud infrastructure (e.g., Firebase, AWS)
• AI and virtual try-on technologies
• Weather and location APIs
• Social/inspiration integrations (e.g., Pinterest)
• Analytics and performance tools

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Style On Spot is not responsible for third-party performance, availability, or data handling practices.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Upload content without proper rights or consent
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
• Impersonate another individual or entity

11. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
• AI-generated outputs are suggestions and not professional advice
• Virtual try-on results are approximate
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Styllaah shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• This includes loss of data, revenue, or service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding one (1) month

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected

Users may delete their accounts at any time. Data will be handled as per the Privacy Policy

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notifications
