Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases and in-app payments made on the Style On Spot mobile application, operated by Styllaah (Proprietor: Ananya Gupta). All payments are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
Style On Spot offers the following subscription tiers:
- Daily Plan – Valid for one (1) calendar day from activation
- Weekly Plan – Valid for seven (7) consecutive days from activation
- Monthly Plan – Valid for thirty (30) consecutive days from activation
- Wear Plan (pay-per-use styling access) – Valid for 1 time use from activation
All subscriptions provide access to the App’s premium features for the duration of the selected plan.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or by writing to support@styleonspot.com
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period (day/week/month/pay-per-use for which payment has already been made).
- After the paid period expires, the subscription will not auto-renew, and no further charges will be made.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the remaining unused portion of the current subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
All payments made on Style On Spot are non-refundable.
Specifically:
- No refund will be issued for a subscription period that has already been paid for, regardless of whether the full period has been utilised.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused days within a subscription period.
- No refund will be issued if the user does not use the App or its features during the subscription period.
- One-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed and access is granted.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded after verification.
- Payment Failure with Deduction: If your payment was deducted but the subscription was not activated due to a system error, the amount will be refunded, or the subscription will be activated within 5–7 business days of raising a complaint.
To raise an exception request, email support@styleonspot.com with:
- Your registered email/mobile number
- Transaction ID (available in your Razorpay payment confirmation sms/email)
- Screenshot of the payment deduction
- Description of the issue
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (exception cases only) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc)
- Style On Spot is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated.
7. Free Trial / Beta Access
During the beta period, if complimentary or trial access is provided, no payments are charged, and this refund policy does not apply to such access.
